By accessing or using any VersaSuite product (VersaCharts, VersaTrader, VersaScanner, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

VersaSuite provides cryptocurrency charting, trading, and analysis tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not provide financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed in cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

VersaSuite and its creator shall not be liable for any trading losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
