Help & Support

Account, billing, and subscriptions for the VersaSuite hub.

What is the VersaSuite hub?

versasuite.app is home base for the whole ecosystem: VersaCharts, VersaTrader, VersaScanner, VersaDash, and whatever else we ship next. One account gets you into all of it. This is also where you manage your subscription, check payment history, and get help when something's not working.

Account & Login

One account, every app

Sign up once at versasuite.app and use the same login across VersaCharts, VersaTrader, VersaScanner, and VersaDash. Your tier (Free, Lite, or Pro) applies per app, but the account itself is shared.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

You can turn on TOTP-based 2FA (the code-generator-app kind, like Google Authenticator or Authy) from account settings. It's mandatory once you connect a live exchange account, optional otherwise.

Password reset

Forgot your password? Use the forgot password link on the login page. You'll get a reset link by email.

Managing your account

From the portal you can update your email, change your password, set up 2FA, and delete your account if you want to. Deleting your account does not happen by accident. You'll be asked to confirm.

Billing & Subscriptions

How Pro works

Pro is billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Longer periods cost less per month. You buy Pro per app, for the app you actually use.

Per-app Pro pricing

Monthly / 3-month / 12-month, per month.

App Monthly 3-month 12-month
VersaCharts Pro $5 $4 $3
VersaTrader Pro (includes VC Pro) $21 $16.80 $12.60
VersaDash Always free

Free and Lite tiers

Free gets you started with no payment required. Lite is a free upgrade for members of partner communities, unlocked with a license code rather than a payment. It gives you more than Free but less than Pro. If you're not sure which tier you're on, check the subscription dashboard in the portal.

Paying with crypto

Payments are USDT or USDC only: no cards, no fiat. When you upgrade, you get a unique deposit address to send payment to. Once the transaction confirms on-chain, your subscription activates automatically, no manual step on your side. Your payment history (status, chain, and a link to the transaction) is visible in the portal.

License / Lite codes

If you have a license code from a partner community, enter it in account settings to activate Lite. It stays active for as long as the partner license behind it is active. It's not a time-limited trial.

What happens when a subscription ends?

You keep your data. Your account drops back down to Free (or Lite, if you have an active license code). Nothing gets deleted.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?
USDT or USDC only. You'll get a one-time deposit address when you check out; send the exact amount and your subscription activates once the payment confirms on-chain.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
From the portal, go to your subscription dashboard and pick the app you want to upgrade. You'll get a deposit address and instructions for that specific payment.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you're not locked into the billing period you started with.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your account drops back to Free (or Lite, with an active license code). You don't lose your data or your account.
Are payments refundable?
Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain and can't be reversed once sent, so treat a purchase as final before you send it. If something went wrong with a payment (wrong amount, it never confirmed, etc.), contact support and we'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis.
How do license/Lite codes work?
Enter your code in account settings to activate Lite. It's tied to your partner community's license status, not a countdown timer. It stays active as long as that license does.
Which exchanges are supported?
12 of them: Binance, Bybit, OKX, OKX EU, MEXC, KuCoin, Kraken, Coinbase, Gate.io, HTX, Bitget, and Bitstamp. Charting and market data work on all of them without an account. Connecting a live trading account is a separate thing and covers fewer exchanges, see the VersaTrader help pages for which.
Why are OKX and OKX Europe listed separately?
OKX Europe is the MiCA-regulated European arm of OKX, so it lists only pairs quoted in EUR or USDC, 529 in total. USDT is not MiCA-compliant and the other quote currencies belong to markets outside Europe, which is why its pair list is shorter than OKX Global's. They are two separate markets, so pick whichever matches the venue you actually use.
What are OKX Europe X-Perps?
They are not perpetual futures, despite the name. Open-ended contracts do not fit under MiFID, so each of the 102 instruments is a dated future running to 2031, built to track its market the way a perp would. The set is not crypto-only either: 68 crypto, 30 shares (Apple, Amazon, Coinbase, Alphabet and others) and 4 commodities (Brent, WTI, gold and silver).
Do I need a separate account for each app?
No. One VersaSuite account works across VersaCharts, VersaTrader, VersaScanner, and VersaDash. (Right now you may still need to log in separately on each app’s domain. A single cross-app login is planned.)
